Our legislation concerning the air pollution which has been revised twice up to now has been finalized.
While the boundary values relating to some parameters were amended, the groups some facilities are classified into within the scope of permits were also changed. Boundary values which vary depending on years have been introduced for some businesses in the new legislation some assessment methods of which have been amended. All the businesses which hold emission permits are required to update their permits before the date 01.01.2014.
